Iran denies attacks as US claims major military impact during ceasefire

A spokesperson for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has stated that Iranian forces did not carry out any attacks on other countries during the recent ceasefire period. The statement emphasized that Iran remains committed to transparency and would officially announce any military action if undertaken.
According to the spokesperson, any reported attacks during the ceasefire should be viewed as part of a conspiracy by Israel, rejecting claims of Iranian involvement. The official reiterated that Iranian forces did not violate the ceasefire and maintained a defensive posture throughout the period.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for US Central Command presented a contrasting view, stating that operations against Iran were temporarily halted under the ceasefire arrangement. The spokesperson claimed that during the conflict, significant damage was inflicted on Iran’s naval, maritime, air defense, and drone capabilities.

According to the US military, approximately 13,000 Iranian military targets were successfully engaged during the conflict. The statement further claimed that Iran suffered a historic setback as a result of the العمليات.
Despite the ceasefire, the US confirmed that its forces remain deployed and on high alert across the Middle East. Officials stated that the United States will continue to support its regional partners and maintain a strong military presence to ensure stability.
The conflicting narratives from Iran and the US highlight ongoing tensions and differing interpretations of recent events. While the ceasefire has paused active hostilities, the situation remains fragile, with both sides maintaining readiness.
Analysts suggest that the coming days will be crucial in determining whether the ceasefire leads to sustained de-escalation or renewed tensions in the region.
